Adam earned his bachelor’s degree in journalism, with a concentration in public relations, from the University of Oregon. Adam provides communications and marketing support for HMA campaigns for the CDC, DC Community Health Administration, and Amerigroup/Anthem. Prior to joining HMA, Adam applied his skills in health communications while interning for the director of communications at San Francisco General Hospital where he worked on media and special events.
Previously, he also worked for the public relations firm of Charles Zukow Associates on media and special events, and served as a volunteer at the City of Eugene Adaptive Recreation Services, a center that specializes in special-needs populations for Eugene, OR. Adam also worked with Kauffman & Associates, Inc. where he supported digital communications campaigns for SAMHSA and CMS. Adam enjoys exploring Washington, D.C., trying new food, and playing volleyball.
